What You will Do:

Oversee and coach team of designers & copy writers to develop creative concepts within campaign and budget, inclusive of conceptual design, key visual, typography, layout, and color selection that meet established standards.
Manages creative execution of all digital advertising assets from inception to finished production
Identify, evaluate and improve the creative process
Prioritizes and selects appropriate resources for all digital assignments
Defines roles and responsibilities of all Creative digital personnel in order to consistently produce all levels of creative work.
Assists, selects and/or manages vendors, freelancers, agencies to ensure quality and to achieve business objectives as needed.
Mentor and review the work of other designers and copywriters
Stays on top of all trends and innovations in digital marketing in order to keep the creative team inspired and in-the-know.
Other duties as required

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Art & Graphic Design/ Marketing or related field
03+ years of creative experience in agency or corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to bring new ideas and fresh approaches based on customer knowledge
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Ability to demonstrate a passion for strategic and creative problem solving and deep understanding of design to develop compelling ideas that are on brand and meet business objectives
Well organized and able to communicate ideas and develop strategies
Illustration, type design and good concept skills required
