[HCM][Publisher] YAN: Looking for Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager

What you are going to do?

• Serving as a business representative and maximizing company profit.
• Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers.
• Monitoring and analyzing competitor ‘s acitivities, products, services.
• Overseeing and assisting, managing whole Sales team.
• Providing leadership in the planning, designing and implementing of business plans.
• Provide strategic and tactical direction to the business development function by evaluating new initiatives and business opportunities.
• Negotiating, managing each deal from initial meeting to closing, as appropriate.
• Direct plans of collaboration, cooperation, sponsorship with other organizations and media groups; develop plans, follow up the work process in order to finish before deadlines.
• Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans.
• Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
• Taking responsibility for day-to-day client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Working to tight deadlines whilst providing clients
