O2O stands for Online-to-offline, new products inside Zalo with the mission to serve Zalo User better with offline services. This is a rare opportunity for senior students or fresh graduates to hands-on working with data and convert insights into action.

Job descriptions

• Assisting Product Owner to monitor Product performance and convert raw data into insights and actionable data.
• Assisting Product Operation Executive to generate content and campaigns.
• Conducting user research and gather user feedback by phone calls.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Logical thinking & strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstration of willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good at MS Excel.
• Experience with GA & content writing is a plus.
