[HCM][Agency] Chin Media: Tuyển dụng Training & Development Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct the Orientation, Soft skills, Organizational policies and procedures Training for employees
- Coordinate, schedule and maintain all internal & external training courses by monthly/ quarterly
- Follow-up, post-evaluation after training
- Provide effective Training logistics (training facilities, training request, cost, photo documents, files, set up room/make video training, schedules location, date/time, materials, attendance and etc.)
- Manage, track, update and maintain training materials, training data
- Other tasks assigned by T&D Support

REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of English.
- Used to work at the same position is advanced
- Good at communication, presentation.
- Attitude: willing to do, willing to learn

- Knowledge about Digital Marketing is a plus

LOCATION: District 4

- Salary: around $400 gross + allowance
