[HCM][Agency] Publicis Vietnam: Copywriter
Responsibilities
- Ability to contribute original ideas for ad campaigns, works hand in hand with art director for concepting ad campaigns
- Strong ability to write persuasive, catchy copy that sells brand’s products or services
- Understanding the right tone of voice of a brand and ability to write in a concise, straightforward style that is conversational and with a unique tone of voice that appeals to target
- A hybrid, meaning good with traditional and digital
- The Copywriter is responsible for the “words” of a campaign, it is the heart and soul of a brand campaign, including campaign, theme, tagline, body copy etc.
- Collaborates with Traffic & Account Management to develop reasonable timelines for each project
- Works with team to determine how best to present a concept using words and translates the same into a story for client presentation
- Inspires and guides copywriters to strive for exceptional attention to detail in the written word through comprehensible guidance based on logic
- Possesses a thick skin as your copy will be revised many times
- Will report to ECD & CD to ensure quality and standards are met
- Leads agency presentations in new business pitches when required
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, advertising, digital, social media etc.
- Spent 3 to 5 years finessing his / her art of the written word in a multinational agency setting
- The ability to articulate thoughts into concrete ideas using words and visual aid
- A sharp focus on doing not talking or delegating
- Patience & maturity to lead a team of copywriters
- Ecosystem understanding of the digital & physical world, with the ability to connect and map the two
- A portfolio boasting an impressive collection of ideas, rendered in contemporary yet relevant written styles that deliver on all of the above
- A team player, with brave, enthusiastic cheerful attitude
- Optionally, a bag of awards on real work
