Why We Are Looking For You
We are looking for HR Executive who can work directly with high-level staff to develop and execute on Seal Commerce’s human resource strategies, to take on something that is especially important and growing with the company: Recruitment, C&B, internal communications, and corporate culture.

What You’ll Do
- Mass recruiting in all departments: tech, marketing, sale, design.
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Handling administration of all contract labor.
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Develop company culture to maintain employee’s motivation and get new talent acquisition
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
- Strong skills in planning, KPI measurement for HR department.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
- Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
Benefits
- Salary is commensurate with experience & qualifications (additional). Salary range: $500-800
