[HCM][Client] Zalo: Business Development Collaborator, Zalo Shop
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning to execute on sourcing the online sellers on different online market platforms
- Educate and provide the technical knowledge to new sellers
- Actively communicate via phone calls and emails to proactively support and get deals from sellers
- Provide advices to sellers on how to maximize their sales performance
- Select and curate SKUs for various campaigns as required
- Report and track progress on seller activity
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve performances.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good communication & analytical skills.
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Good sense of responsibility and urgency
- Demonstration of willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good at MS Office.
