AdCrew is a global agency which is leading in Pharmaceutical Marketing. In 2019, we are opening a new branch which needs to recruit an International Business Executive Internship to support Foreign business transactions. You will learn how to develop an end to end process of goods distribution and market research to forecast the future market trends. This role also includes foreign government relationship to ensure the legality of the goods and service distribution in Vietnam.
The core of the role includes all aspects of the business development and international sales process, but in particular to prospect and network to create and realize a pipeline of new business and to further build on existing success in place for the above-mentioned yards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with leader, team members, and internal stakeholders to develop strategic, long-term partnerships
- Facilitate business term and contract negotiations with internal legal teams and partner prospects, work with global partners (including agencies, lawyers, foreign authorities…) to ensure the process of goods and service distribution run smoothly.
- Identify internal and external business challenges and recommend action plans and approach
- Solve complex problems through innovative solutions and data-driven decisions
- Continuously update knowledge of AdCrew and understanding of potential partnership assets and benefits
- May lead projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
- Gain an awareness of the necessary level of inventories control; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing purchasing activities
- Negotiate rates with carriers ensuring that you secure the best possible rates in line with the company’s buying policy. You will also coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments
- Assist with developing business plans
- Source, contract, brief and manage external contractors and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
- Research new opportunities and manage the company’s entry and development strategy for the markets.
- Negotiate and close business to exceed targets, engaging multiple stakeholders (internal and external) in the sales process.
- Recognise and recommend improvements to existing processes, marketing activities, and product portfolio in order to improve revenue performance from the sector.
- Strong facilitation and relationship building skills
- Delivers results on or before deadlines and demonstrates a high sense of urgency
- Understanding of the marketing process
- Ability to interpret and utilize financial models, statements, and forecasting models
- Ability to plan, organize and deliver tactical results around strategic plans
- Strong ability to prioritize, pay attention to details and deliver work in a timely manner

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS
If English is not your native language, you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English proficiency standard at a BULATS Intermediate level (BULATS score 65), equivalent to IELTS (General) 7.0. In case you don’t have an IETLS degree, AdCrew will require you to complete BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
