[HCM][Agency] Omnicom Media Group: Looking for Planning Manager
This is a media planning strategy role working within the integrated team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated media strategy proposals development for pitch and current clients.
- Ensure media strategies are on brief, game changing and help our clients achieve their objectives (business mindset).
- Work with internals team and senior team members to develop media strategies and media plans. Develop and define KPIs.
- Work closely with buying and finance team to ensure all billings and invoices are accurately made.
- Manage, mentor and supervise team of media planners & digital executives.
- Develop and maintain timelines for all projects.
- Ensure media KPIs are delivering against client’s requirements and agreed media plans.
- Collaborate with key medias and digitals partners.
- Be an agent of change – continually driving innovation & helping our agency to optimize and improve its process and planning tools.
- Act as an account manager: day to day communication with client from you and your team.
- Forge relationships with clients and manage the delivery of key workstreams
- Identify potential revenue stream with existing clients.
- Be the voice of the agency in front of prospects and clients.
- Championing the digital & media landscape – helping to educate agency and client teams
- Support on key industry challenges including brand safety, ad fraud, viewability and measurement.
- Ensure internal teams deliver on best practice on client in terms of audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning and data application.
Required qualities and experience
- Previous experience in a media planning role across all channels.
- Previous FMCG experience is desirable, but not required.
- Strong Digital Knowledge desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented.
- Be a proactive self-starter.
- Proficient in English.
