[HCM][Client] Wolf Consulting: Business Development Manager
YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE:
- Business owner/CEO of medium and large companies with sales-team size ranges from 10-200 employees.
- Sales Directors in other companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reaching out to potential customers via both online platform (Linkedin, Facebook) and traditional methods such as networking and events, or based on candidate’s existing relationship.
- Managing and maintaining relationship with existing customers.
- Expanding customer database.
- Consulting customers on company’s services and products.
- Negotiating terms, price, and payment with customers.
- Developing sales target for the team and ensure that the target is met.
- Providing training and development for new employees.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development and sales.
- Candidate who have experience in selling Business Application, CRM, and products that have the same customer segmentation is an advantage.
- Computer literacy. Able to use Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Office.
- Candidate need to have good negotiation skill and emotional intelligence.
- Development and presentation skills are preferred.
- Candidate with exceptional organization skills and attention to details is more favoured.
