Leo Burnett is one of the world’s largest agency networks with 96 offices and nearly 10,000 employees. We are now looking for position Account Manager with details as following:
The Social Media Manager (SMM) for will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing influencer marketing programs, with the goal of building relationships with KOLs around our Clients' business priorities to garner earned social media coverage and traffic to web properties. He/she is responsible for maintaining a turn-key influencer program including influencer identification, outreach, relationship building, performance measurement, event planning/execution and content management. A typical day might involve talking to influencers about opportunities, working on media lists for awesome campaigns, contributing to pitches for client projects, and liaising with the Social Media and Campaign teams to create marketing strategies that work across digital avenues.

Lead the strategy and supervise the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for clients, which may include but are not limited to the following:

Identify influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion.

Contact and build relationships with influencers and clients.

Develop content strategy for KOLs.

Supervise Influencer team to develop content ideas and to produce reports.
-
Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing.
-
Liaise with clients regarding influencer marketing strategy and content creation.

Develop recommendations for clients to further expand their influencer campaigns.

Communicate results, both internally and to clients.

Lead building and maintaining the influencers' database.

Job Requirement
-
Minimum 3 year of work experience, preferably on social media marketing.
-
Great time management / project management skills and attention to detail.
-
Strong writing skills. Experience in writing and editing is highly desirable.

Previous work experience in Public Relations is a plus.

Strong leadership and communication skills. The role involves liaising with clients, influencers, and internal teams, so verbal skills are paramount. Comfortable attending client facing meetings.

Be familiar with current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest forums and blogs.

High level of computer literacy, including the ability to research online, learn how to use new online tools and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

An understanding of the Vietnam blogosphere and online communities.

Qualification in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
-
Be flexible, adaptable and ready to learn quickly. Ability to multi-task is vital.
