[HCM][Client] Zalo: Product Marketing Collaborator

As a Product Marketing Collaborator, you will implement collaborative activities with Zalo Business partners in 02 groups:

  • Event Partnership: Implement the Zalo Business communication activities at the event with partners.
  • Training Partnership: Process the necessary work to support the Training partner in deployment their training courses about Zalo Business solutions.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Developing:

  • Organizing partnership’s activities in accordance with the long-term goals, support the direction of Marketing Team.
  • Evaluating partnership strengths and identify areas for improvement.

2. Operating:

  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality & KPI target of partnership.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure partnership objectives are achieved.

3. Communicating:

  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding partnership issues.

4. Reporting:

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of partnership status and risks.

Requirements:
