What you will do:

• Provide tactical strategy that can give solutions to client's problems, goals and objectives
• Be in charge of end-to-end email marketing duties, including but not limited to:
  - Understand Zoomlink's and client's approaches, develop and execute (automated) segmentation strategy to target prospects
  - Grow email lists through various tactics (not buying)
  - Design, build emails for multiple devices and ensure they render decently across browsers
  ​​​​​​​- Create and implement testing guidelines to continuously optimize campaigns
• Produce and deliver reports on analytics and tracking to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross functioning teams to leverage services and provide coaching if required

What we need:

• 1 - 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B email marketing, preferably in IT field
• Be well versed in email marketing strategy, ESP - email marketing provider and technology
• Knowledgeable of email know-hows: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, performance metrics, etc.
• Be flexible and agile to adapt to necessary changing requirements and objectives
• Strong work ethics and excellent organization skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Genuine desire to solve business problems
