Agency: IMAS Communications
Location: IMAS Head office
Accountable to: Head of Community

Responsibility and authority:

1. Consult and build social strategy base on client’s brief
2. Support and consult Creative and Account team about community insight and the appropriate platform for the specific campaigns.
3. Manage project: manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign on social channels.
4. Write content and manage conversations on the social channels such as Facebook, Forum ...
5. Build long-term relationships with communities, Influencers, KOLs ...
6. Update & apply knowledge, new trends in social media marketing to enhance work efficiency.

Years of XP:

• 2 years experience at digital/PR/communication agency.
• Experience in managing social media channels for brands.

Specific knowledge and skill:

• Have passion, interest in researching community insight and social platforms.
• Understand the customers and their perspective.
• Write the content appropriately base on the community insight and customer requirements.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Be careful and detail-oriented
• Have data analysis skills
