Accountable to: Head of Community

Responsibility and authority

• Consult and build social strategy base on client’s brief
• Support and consult Creative and Account team about community insight and the appropriate platform for the specific campaigns
• Manage project: manage and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign on social channels
• Write content and manage conversations on the social channels such as Facebook, Forum ...
• Build long-term relationships with communities, Influencers, KOLs ...
• Update & apply knowledge, new trends in social media marketing to enhance work efficiency.

Years of XP

• 2 years experience at digital/PR/communications agency
• Experience in managing social media channels for brands.

Specific knowledge and skill

• Have passion, interest in researching community insight and social platforms
• Understand the customers and their perspective
• Write the content base on the community insight and customer requirements
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Be careful and detail-oriented
• Data analysis skill.
