[HCM][Client] Home Credit Vietnam: Senior Product Marketing Specialist

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will be the key to a number of online and offline national-wide marketing campaigns. He/she will utilise his/her understandings of the products and excellent experience in Marketing to generate ideas, strategies and manage the execution to contribute to Home Credit's business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop campaign proposals, present and execute marketing activities to support business goals.
• Contribute ideas and develop action plans, present the proposal and coordinate with related team to execute co-campaigns with key dealers, strategic partners and producers.
• Collaborate with Product team to ensure effective communication of the focus products, especially for new product launches, to be the Product ambassador from the Marketing team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sales analyst and Finance and use tracking tools to ensure monitoring, implementing and post-evaluating marketing activities vs. the planned objectives.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to execute the campaigns, while complying with internal/external audit compliance.
• Manage the budget spending of the in-charge channels and control promotional gift stock.
• Other related duties requested by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising;
• Having experience in the retailing, FMCG or banking industries is a big advantage
• Excellent command in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good presentation skill
• Strong project management and time management skills
