JOD DESCRIPTION

You’re responsible for:

• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for BOM, including but not limiting to: managing calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas; compiling meeting documents; and following up/informing BOM about upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

• Make sure the CEO & CGO are up-to-date with their daily tasks & events.

• Travel to Hanoi & overseas with the CEO & CGO if needed.

• Assist the HR & Admin department, & the Account department with basic tasks when needed.

You’ll need to have:

• Outstanding at these 3 key skills: Communication, Task Management, & Attention to Details.

• Good organizational skill.

• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.

• Most important requirement as a 7Satter: A positive attitude.
