JOD DESCRIPTION

You’re responsible for:

• All aspects regarding HR, Admin & Office of 7Saturday

• Make and execute HR Training, Recruiting Plan, Orientation Training, Recruiting

• Support and cooperate with others team to make manpower planning for each part/unit and position

• Coordinate with the HR team from MOG Corporation in Hanoi

• Calculate & report weekly & monthly office costing

• Make report and control employee numbers

• Prepare offer letter for chosen candidates and send rejection to the others who are not qualified

• Provide guidelines in terms of company culture, policies, structure, required documents for new comers

You’ll need to have:

• At least 1 years of experience in HR or in similar roles

• Outstanding at these 4 key skills: Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Task Management, & Organizational skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite

• Critical thinking & problem-solving skills

• Most important requirement as a 7Satter: A positive attitude
