[HCM][Agency] IDComGroup: Looking for Digital Technical Lead

We are looking for a Digital Technical Lead who will be responsible for applying Tech platform that enforce data analytics & data-driven Media campaign.

Job Description

• Planning and corporate with internal teams in Media planning, buying & optimization;
• Guiding internal teams (Account, Planning, Creative) in understanding & utilizing social/ digital behavior & usage.
• Providing latest Tech-update to the internal teams, including innovative digital format, tools & platforms…;
• Managing Digital production process (website, mobile app, facebook app, banners, tracking set-up);
• Developing & Presenting the Media/ Technical proposals to clients;
• Exploring technical tools to ensure Multi-source data collection, Audiences analytics, and extending to CRM as new Media touch point.

Job Requirement

• Strong Digital Media background with minimum 3 years of relevant online Media experience.
• Strong Digital sense & in-depth understanding of all media touch points & available data at each touch point.
• Strong leadership skills & innovative mindset.
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
