Client Servicing
Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace
Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
Ensure the implementation of Client Management Process for the assigned accounts and be able to add value to those key clients
Functional / Technical
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process
Support and take notes during the Focus Groups or In-Depth Interviews and work on the report delivered to clients
Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

Commercial
Support to prepare proposal as brief based on client’s business objectives (mainly focus on gathering information/data to input on the proposal, format the proposal as Nielsen standard)
Co-ordinate with team admin on contract, revenue forecasting, liquidation and invoice
Project Management
Gather information from internal teams and external sources (clients), relating to the Project.
Work closely with operation team to execute projects smoothly, under line manager’s direction.
Data analysis & report (Update accurate data, do charting, update info etc.)

Develop study analysis plans
Prepare study designs and sample size estimates to support client proposals
Provide analytic support for use of models on study deliverables
Co-ordinates with different teams when required on project flow and to ensure timely deliverables
Performs analysis of data by editing existing programs as necessary
Takes on responsibilities that are more non-standard in nature based on the team’s need and delivers on them

Job Requirement

Bachelor or higher degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or a related field.
Strong skills in use of statistical packages.
Detailed oriented; Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with co-workers.
Good organizing and planning skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months

Job Description

Works on sample design, advanced data analyses following standard processes with minimal supervision (after training) or for non-standard projects with some supervision. Examples may include, but are not limited to: complex sample design, correlation, regression types; factor analysis, segmentation, conjoint and other group-specific advanced analyses.
Provides output of statistical outputs to internal clients in simple, non-technical language.
Co-ordinates with different teams when required on project flow and to ensure timely deliverable
Performs analysis of data by editing existing programs as necessary
Takes responsibilities that are more non-standard in nature based on the team’s need and delivers them

Job Requirement

Bachelor or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be detailed oriented and multi-task oriented.
Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with co-workers.
Must have experience in running statistical analysis on statistical packages like SPSS, SAS, Python, R.
Experience in programming such as VBA, C, Python and R is preferable.
Good organizing and planning skills
Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
