[HCM][Agency] Maxgroup: Social Community Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review community’s conversation (comments, inbox, reply and posts to wall-on fanpage) in a quick and timely manner.
- Respond to comments in order to foster a positive community and add value to our client’s customer experience
- Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Proactively join in crisis management process.
- Participate in relevant conversations related to brand’s guideline and brand’s personal
- Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of community strategy
- Weekly and monthly reporting on social media engagements within the community.
- Stay on top of the latest social platforms/trends, researching and implementing new tools to drive digital innovation.
- Keep-up-to-date on all social media techniques, communities updates, KOL ranking, content marketing knowledge, etc.
- Some other tasks that suit your title follow leader’s assignment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduated student. Major in Marketing and related field.
- Passionate about digital marketing, familiarity with social media.
- Must be logical thinking, willing to learn and able to adapt quickly to new working
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Hard working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Being active on social networks is a plus
- Duration: 3 months. Full time
