Duties & Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead & develop the Creative Content team
  • Managing creative content flow with the account team for various clients
  • Develop and maintain Content Planning documents to be shared among different clients
  • Daily touch bases with Creative Content team & Account team to manage the status of all materials being created.
  • Manage day –to-day relationship with account teams, includes having weekly touch-base sessions with team members to make sure we are on target with all creative materials being developed for different clients
  • Participate in the planning and organization of Creative Content Days.

Content Management

  • Lead with creation, conception, and presentation of content strategy in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads.
  • Identify key conversational trends to create compelling content that able to grab public’s attention
  • Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that content strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage & quality control of the production of all creative content

Qualifications

  • Has a bachelor’s or associates degree in music, advertising, marketing, graphics, web development, communications, English, IT, music, theater, anthropology, history or related.
  • Excels at research, possesses excellent writing skills and the ability to crank editorial and technical writing output without brooding.
  • Outgoing personality - ability to walk into networking events and be comfortable introducing themselves to strangers

Marketing Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy with creative content
  • Ability to articulate and communicate strategy behind creative content when interfacing with executives, filmmakers or talent.
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound

Communication Skills

  • Experience sourcing and managing content development, production and publishing
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of post production process.

Project Management Skills

  • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate with members of multiple divisions in marketing.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects – knowledge of programs to facilitate organization (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Filemaker Pro, Google Documents, Keynote, Mac and PC experience)
