Working Location: Hung Yen, Binh Duong (Have shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi)
Job description:
Support tasks for HR solutions team
- Employee document administration
- Check all required documents for new employees
- Organize and track the hard copies
- Verify the provided information (address for SHI, PIT code, etc.) - E-filing
- Maintain E-filing daily operation (Collect documents for employee’s profile, movement letter, scan documents, etc.)
- Administrate the filing areas neatly in well order, ensure easily retrieving employee filing when requirements - Data input
- Key in basic information into system (attendant ID, reference employee ID, etc.)
- Fill in excel template for system mass upload (if any) - Other task from manager (if any)
Required Skills:
- Graduated relevant college
- Know how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
- Careful, hardworking
- Team work spirit
- 1 year experience in HR is added value
