[HCM][Client] Home Credit: Tuyển dụng Communication Designer (Contract)

The Communication Designer will be a contract employee at Home Credit, who contributes to implementing internal communication strategies and ensures corporate information is communicated effectively to Home Credit's employees. He/she will enable departments to deliver key communications to staff effectively in a planned way. He/she will also support to build a work culture where two-way internal communications are seen as fundamental and integral to the success of the organization and its staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DESIGN (80%)

• Design layouts for all internal communication materials including POSM, Screensavers, Newsletters, Corporate emails and Powerpoint templates
• Edit videos in requested cases (simple adjustments)

OTHERS (20%)

• Manage the admin work of Home Credit' intranet and microsite
• Coordinate with 3rd parties & IT team to make sure there is no Intranet/microsite corruption/fraud or any other technical problems during business time.
• Establish your communication skills to work with different Departments at all levels for various tasks, e.g. request newsletter content, implement posters, gather participants for internal events.
• Assist with logistics management during events
• Work with 3rd party vendors such as web suppliers, event suppliers and freelance designers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in accordance with requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduates majored in Graphic Design. Having skills or experience in print layout and 2D design is a must.
• Able to use Photoshop, AI or After Effect efficiently is an advantage
• Basic skills in using Microsoft Office
• Having English skills is a plus
