Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your assigned clients. You will liaise between clients and internal departments (creative/ event/ digital) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Be responsible for the management of the clients.
- Build business relationship to get more projects.
- Be responsible for delivering and managing Integrated campaigns on time.
- Maintaining projects quality via directing to control and check in-out delivery of team, and prove for clients about the reliable execution.
- Managing and coaching staffs to run projects well.
- Finding innovative ideas and sharing to team.
- Evaluating projects and human resource, then keep improving.
- Reinforcing team work is not only internal, but also external.
- Reporting to Senior Advisor directly.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- At least 2 years experiences as a Manager in ATL agency is required.
- Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese.
- Must be able to work on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
