[HCM][Agency] DKSH Vietnam: Account Executive (Event)

General responsibilities:

• Develop new business from new client
• Act as Project Leader to work with related departments (Creative, Purchasing & Logistic) to develop excellent proposal, competitive quotation in accordance with client’s brief, budget and add values for clients business
• Lead project team to execute project and make sure to meet services quality & KPI as commitment
• Ensure client satisfaction with our services
• Coaching subordinate
• Work as assigned

Job requirements:

• Strong passion to add values for client’s success & growth.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in BTL.
• Good knowledge and background in BTL.
• Excellent in client services skill and strong sense of humanity, empathy.
• Prefer having experience working for Japanese advertising company
• Excellent Project Management skill: team leadership, motivation, monitoring.
• Must be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines and quality, while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent client services.
