Account Manager job purpose
The Account Manager is the person in charge of managing QUO's relationships with our customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with a variety of customers and generally staying with / in touch with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts for as long as possible. As an Account Manager you will likely be in charge of developing new business relationships, organising & maintaining accounts and business prospects, project management based tasks, strategic planning, sales support, service application, logistics, and marketing.
Employment Duties for the Account Manager
- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers / clients
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicate client needs, requirements and demands to the company
- Forecast and track client account metrics
- Manage projects within QUO's client relationships, working hard to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identify opportunities to grow and/or develop our business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently whilst meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions and client communications with QUO
- Generate sales among our client's accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
- Train & supervise the Account Executive and any Interns
- Deliver any other marketing jobs and proposals as assigned by the Country Manager
Account Manager Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in the field of Account Management , Client-Focused Solutions Experience, Project Management Skills, Ability to Communicate Client Needs with Staff, A Talent for Influencing Client Management, Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously, Negotiation Skills, Listening Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills, BA/BS Degree.
Fluent English is a must
