JOB DESCRIPTION

Enhance the visibility

• Monitor the allocation of POSMs to ensure efficiency, accurate and timely in production, packing and delivering POSMs for DSMs or each campaign
• Follow up the delivery status and update sales network using TINTIN to make sure 100% DSM received
• Work close with Sales team and Brand team for Promotion/Campaign POSM (allocation and delivery)
• Adjust display POSMs through the POS card system, do report to ensure the display performance of managed areas improvement
• Initiate new POSMs to meet field demand and enhance competitiveness

Administration

• Prepare and provide inventory reports for all POSMs to Finance team on time
• Monitor the data accuracy of merchandising related information for more robust decision making
• Check the document related to POS supply services (e.g. banners, backdrops, light boxes) to ensure accurate payment

Others

• Occasionally perform field visiting to ensure accurate execution at the sales network; Randomly check the visibility
• Other duties requested by the line manager

REQUIREMENTS

• University or College Degree in Economics or related fields
• At least 2-year experience in Merchandising/Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing
• Good command in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in merchandising technical
• Good verbal communications and time management skills
• Good English skills is a plus
