[HCM][Client] Ví Điện Tử MoMo: UX/UI Product Designer for Product Team

MoMo E-Wallet provides all smartphone users cutting-edge One-Touch Payment solution with hundreds of service, including but not limited to transfering money, Bill Payment, Airplane ticket, etc.

Additionally, MoMo now has more than 5000 transaction points across Country and nearly 10 million active users per month, which made MoMo become one of the best and most popular Mobile Payment Service in Vietnam.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth.

• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for MoMo and key verticals.

• Work closely with BI team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plan to achieve business objectives.

• Focus on user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting edge technologies.

• Analyze users' data and feedbacks to measure product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirement

• BA/BS degree in related field

• Passion for mobile payment and keen eye for good product design

• 2 years of experience + in a product management, engineering or technology strategy role.

• Experience working with wireframe tool and product BA writing.

• Data driven mindset, analysis skill.
