Job Responsibilities

Planning, managing and implementing trade marketing activities for our Optical frame brands
Set KPIs, track and evaluate effectiveness of all trade marketing activities
Work with principles, graphic designers, and vendors to create sales & marketing collaterals
Design and execute visual merchandising in stores
Ensure brand digital properties updated on collections, news/events and other related content
Support and work closely with the Sales team to launch new collections and achieve sales targets
Prepare regular reports including monthly sales performance, with recommendations for improvement
Do target customer segmentation & customer analysis as well as analysis on market and competition.
Manage and monitor trade budget spending by projects
