[HCM][Agency] Adtima: Content and Interactive Design Lead
Key responsibilities:
1. Interactive Design:
- Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to coordinate with design team to produce engaging interactive ads
- Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery
- Able to improvise on Requests for Proposals (RFP) mocks with little to no creative assets
2. Copy-writing:
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets from clients' brief
- Collaborate with planners, PR, tech and design teams to plan and develop site content, Zalo OAs content, style and layout
- Edit, proofread and improve content writers’ posts
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
3. Management:
- Analyze team’s needs and train your team based on their level and identify their strengths & weaknesses for their further career development in areas
- Clear split of role & responsibilities, know team’s tasks & deliverables
- Guide and mentor junior members of the team
- Maintain a strong relationship with the planner and account teams, ensure campaign deliveries are well controlled (provide solutions for team members when needed) and up-sell
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in creative agency/ advertising agency, at least 2-year experience in copy-writing and rich media ad experience
- Knowledge of After Effects and other video editing software
- Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
- Understanding of typography, animation and layout
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
