[HCM][Agency] Maxgroup: Cần tuyển Social Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

Max Group HCM is looking for applicants to apply our Social Manager position. The selected candidate will take a management role for our current social team, be responsible to all team activities and be a good coordinator between the team and other departments in our agency.

The Social Manager will lead the strategy and execution on social media and digital content effort aimed at building brand awareness and product education to our consumers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Set direction & vision for the social team

– Manage social media team members responsibilities

– Own all social strategies and collaborate with marketing and stakeholders across the organization to craft compelling content to drive product awareness/adoption and community engagement

– Be responsible for all of social media creative outputs made by social te

– Must be able to work with the design team on the graphic design and visuals to support digital content.

– Monitor and evaluate competitor activity in the social and digital space to adapt and modify short- and long-term programs as needed in alignment with company objectives.

– Update & apply social media trends both locally and globally to daily social media works

– Fluently use social media monitoring & tracking tools for research, analysis & optimization purposes

– Report to Managing Director

JOB REQUIREMENT:

– 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media, PR or content management at an agency or within an organization

– Need a solid understanding of the digital landscape

– A creative person, strong leadership skills

– Ability to work under high pressure

– Fluently in English reading/writing

– The ability to train for employee
